Needlework

Few things are as satisfying – and useful – than handwork. The very fibres give a sense of comfort, and seeing the piece move from conception to completion gives me a true sense of accomplishment. Here I’ll share some of the things I’ve stitched, and how I made them.

I enjoy the direction your books take. I have been a fan of Bernard Cornwell’s The Last Kingdom and Utred for many years and very excited to read about the women from a similar time period. Keep up the great writing. Thank you for being so persistent in your emails. I am so glad i finally downloaded the first book. I just downloaded the second and will be anxious to do the rest. Thanks again, Karendren. (Sound familiar?)
